I recently lost my now ex fiance due to him lying to me for the past three years of our entire relationship and have been completely devastated for the last 4 months. This piece represents for me the hurt of being betrayed, losing all hope but still finding protection from others and the strength to carry on despite the pain of heartbreak and loss.

My character, Pain the brown red wolf stares on with tear filled eyes as she sees her former "mate" before her with pathetic eyes as he tries to advance towards her with his greedy and selfish handpaw, no words nor actions could ever hope to fix the damage done by this monster of a being. What he's done to her is unfathomable. Ruin, the dark timber wolf stands before his enemy with threatening eyes as he defends the girl he loved all along. Two rejects that now find comfort in one another. He warns the gray timber wolf, Remedy to stay away from the dainty and broken female as she silently weeps woefully behind him. The gray male brings forth himself but a few steps with the hopes of touching his now ex mate but one last time with the futile hopes that somehow, some way, he can reach her now cold heart. "Touch her and I will shatter you!" warns the dark male between tight jaws and rigid fists that ache to be used against the opposing male's body.
