Only certain ones allow video. I found that the cheapest/best solution is chinese iphone knockoffs. They're cheap, and a perfect size.
Also a lot of people have ipod touches and iphones, though I running down the battery on your phone using it as a badge might not be the best idea :P

I was going through the clearance aisle in Walmart today, looking for.. well, all that fun stuff you find in said aisle. I found a keychain digital photo album with a 2x2 inch (roughly) screen on it. The back of the case said it could play GIFs and it was $10 but marked down to $5. Reminded me of this and I figured I would let ya know!
