OKAY, here it is after a solid amount of work on it.
If you guys want to make one of these guys I am pretty open to it, I want to see what people come up with. :)
There is some design expectations that didn't make the ref but they are more things like clothing design choices.
Really the only thing that didn't make it on there reasonably is that they like stick out their tongues for what you'd expect animals to, like they do plenty of licking their own nose.

Yep, that is their background thing. They probably can't deal with Cuthulu but they can totally deal with less world ending infestations before they get unrecoverable.
