When being a buff otter, sometimes it can be important to keep track of just HOW buff. Many devices have been invented as a means of measuring just how buff one is, one such example being the tapemeasure. Invented in the Mid-1800s, the Tape Measure was invented as a means of buff otters measuring the size of their burgeoning muscles. They also had other uses like 'measuring actually relevant and important things', but noone cares about that and it's not important.
