I admire the details in this piece

looks a lot like the town i grew up in, only instead of rice fields there were pear orchards and there was a railroad down through the middle of it.
although it also looks like the gold mining camps where the roads cross the river must have looked about a hundred and fifty years ago.
anyway looks just like the kind of countryside i grew up in. i mean other then the cultural differences of the character, they could have been the same.
and even that, well it was people from asia, though a different part of asia, who built the railroad that went through there.

This picture looks a little East meets wild west, I dig it. A bit grittier than I'm used to seeing from you, but it's a nice direction.
