You can make up to four characters are at time. Select which one you're editing in the top left or which ones are visible. Move them around, pose them or make them fight. You can also save the character to a string of text and the load it back up. Just press the "?" for a small set of instructions.

Back then I was trying to see if I could make some sort of flash game but ended up turning it into a character creator. I guess it's a sort of precursor to the flash things I make today.
The way it was created was pretty stiff, so I really couldn't do much if I didn't want to redo major things. The cartoon fights were already in, so I just kept them and made them sillier. But yeah, it's really poorly optimized and the few "animations" range from bare-bones to complete garbage, and I'm sure there's bound to be tons of stuff people would have liked to see, but I hope it's fun.
I don't think I'll be doing any updates to this, at least anytime soon, unless it's a bug. I want to go back to regular drawings for now.

I like the Dwarf pre-made.~ I didnt think many people knew about Class of Heroes
Is there a way you can color certain parts and not others? Like eyes, glasses, accessories, etc?
Choose your desired color and then click on the icon of the part you wanna color :3
I couldn't figure out how to make them work with the walking animation so I ended up letting go of the idea. I guess the walk cycle isn't that great to begin with so maybe I could just slap some shoes on there if I ever feel up to it.

This is probably my own problem here, but I can't get a picture of the characters I make. Other than that, though, this is amazing.
I think some people had problems with that too. I'm not sure what the compatibility issue is though and I wouldn't know where to fix it either. But all it does is essentially take a screenshot, so you can just use PrintScreen.
You could probably use Snipping Tool to screen cap it as well.

If you could export the various limbs as they're decorated and colored (eg. one image of head hat headfloof), it would be pretty straightforward for me to import them in the Unity game engine and animate them there. I'm wondering if there's a way to set that up automatically so that users could "pin together" the limbs at appropriate places, or whether I as a coder would have to set that up manually.
(Not that I'm planning to use your content without permission; just speculating at the moment.)

Flash won't suddenly disappear. It just won't receive updates. Even if it were, I'm sure someone would be developing an emulator or some other way to play flash content.

I have archived both SWF files, and currently they don't work in Ruffle (Shumway runs in Firefox's scripting and it's currently the only flash replacement that can run this.) Ruffle is incomplete but is being backed by places like Newgrounds, but while it can *decently* run Super Mario 63 by runuow, it's not able to load Oob's character maker, nor is Lightspark or Gnash. Shumway is the way I'm running it, which was canned by Mozilla a bit ago, but it actually got further along than Ruffle currently is at compatibility.

Is it pawsible to change the colors of the whites and irises of the eyes separately?
If the game isn't working on RUFFLE, press download to download the .swf file. Then you'll need to download an offline Flash Player, I'm not sure where to find this but it should be as easy as googling it. Once done, drop and drag the .swf file over the Flash.exe program, then you should be all good to go.
