This is Millard, also known to most as the 'shy fox' for his crippling fear of other people and social environments. Among other things he's an extremely good mechanic, gifted with technology, and prone to freaking out at the slightest surprise. A lot of things scare Millard, which causes a lot of problems.
See, Millard is a failed experiment, and an extremely powerful machine empath. When he gets frightened, power goes up, and control goes down. Thus resulting in things exploding, ceasing to function, or like the picture, flat out being disassembled. And if he's scared, it's very hard for him to put things back together.
Life is hard for shy fox. He just wants to hide away and build his things.

Such a cute little tod! Reminds me of a rigger character of mine, Whizbang. Nobodo ever sees her, just her drones and vehicles.
You might see him if you watch his shop from a distance, but by and large he's buried in the back amidst computers, machinery, scrap technology, you name it. People are scary.
THat's why Whizbang uses little drone zeppelins with video screens showing her cartoony avatar. n.n
