Second attempt at doing the same character from my last submission.

I've been working on a small profile for him, but I'll leave that for another time, when I make a picture with a proper context to his character, instead of just a design pose.

Basicaly, his name's Veoul, and he's a mage that, after completing school/college, decided to create his own spells instead of relying on other's. He's somewhat powerful and skilled, but the consistance of the quality of his magic is very lacking, which makes him less reliable than most in many situations.
