Shuttle is enroute from Edwards AFB, CA back to Florida. It stopped here because the weather in Florida wasnt suitable for a landing. The aircraft have very specific criteria that they can travel/land in...at the moment theyre more or less trying to shoot the gap in between frontal systems.

I'm stationed at Edwards AFB so I've seen the shuttle land here twice, last year and this most recent mission. I missed it when they lifted it onto the 747 though :(
bah! lucky fox, lol. Im stuck at barksdale in louisiana. last time it was through here was 05 previous to this landing.
