Raptor is the term for birds of prey, so yes, this is a raptor
"Raptor" is a much more commonly used term than "predator bird" :) look up "raptor rehab" or "raptor centers". Also any bird guide or book on birds will refer to them as "raptors".
So pretty~ And I'm glad to see a bird from you guys. This will tide me over until you finish the parrot base which I'm sure you're working very hard on ;)
