Drew this for a friend on his birthday. I don"t actually know if he has a profile I can link to.
The head was actually giving me the most trouble, I had to redraw it on a side view instead of the 3/4 profile like I envisioned.

It's said that 3 nameless pokemon parished in a fire Afterwards, Ho-oh descended and granted those pokemon new life. These 3 pokemon are Suicune, Raikou, and Entei. (I know that I don't have the wording completely correct but I'm going from memory. Can't find it online. I remember it from Pokemon Crystal Version.)
