as beatifully dramatic as this piece sounds, it also sounds just as sadening
Okay, things began to get VERY interesting at 2:00. You have a far greater sense of percussion and instrumentation that I do, obviously, and I am very jealous.

Amazing work, again. You seem to have mastered forming a shell of instruments around a mood and capturing something with music. How long does it usually take you to come up with a theme to a character?
Thanks! And it depends. Sometimes just a few moments, depending on the images or stories I get. It's then a few days of composing after that.
I felt like I should have been watching a movie while I was listening to that. :3
Love the flute and violin near the end. I like the change of the mood. It makes the title very aparant and appropriate. I think my favorite part is the driving section at the middle.

What I found is that, while listening to your music and having "The Silence" on my screen at the same time, makes the two much more than what they are separately. They do complement each other very well.

WOW. This is some wonderful piece of music. Can I ask how long it took you to put it all together? This does not seam to be a simple piece and I have to say that for such a complicated piece, to my ears, I would to listen to more.

I love it... XD I feel like I'm repeating myself but I love the way the music you create goes through a series of moods, it really fits perfectly as character theme music... I'm not a professional in this field, so I'm sure you'll tell me that all character theme songs have several different emotions throughout the song, but you're the only artist I know of who actually does this (and commissions for it too) <3

Very well orchestrated as always, sounded very nice, though a couple of the instruments used sounded a little bit off to me in the mix, the solo string that comes in at 2:53 sounds a bit cross polyphonic with the slides at 3:01 (I'm debating wther it's a viola or a cello being played in the upper ranges) but other than that I liked it.
I love the dark and epic tone of it- it makes for a very good
dramatic piece.

O_O I'm going through my backlog of submissions (sorry, I should have listened to this earlier), and I find THIS. Damn, if you aren't scoring movies in the next few years, there's something wrong... I loved the grand sweep of this, the abrupt "personality change" and the little kid's wonder of the wee strings at the end...
I absolutely love this. This is definitely going onto my iPod 8D
