Silicone is 'natural' ... just not really that much in living things...
It's a reference to the movie "The 40 Year old Virgin" where the main character was asked to describe what feeling his first boobs was like. He obviously never had sex so he didn't know. So he said it felt like a "bag of sand" and his friends were confused and immediately found out he was a virgin. It's quite funny.
