(( Hey all,
Suppose it's about time I uploaded something new. So... here's my Steam Tank.
I didn't think the plastic kit would be as nice as the old metal kit, but, I will say it pleasantly suprized me. And I'm not going to correct "Suprized". I'm leaving in the "Z".
Anyway, I figured that, since my army is from Marienburg, the tank really shouldn't have a whole lot of Imperial State markings on it. So... I left it basically steel-and-brass. The blank inking didn't seem to come out as well as I wanted it too, but I think the silver-dry-brush highlights came off like I wanted them too. It makes the tank look like it needs a whole new paint job... since it's used. I did add a spot of detail to the tank via the griffon eyes. I painted those red... but they're hard too see in the camera-phone photo.
Anyway, so... I named the tank "Vroom".
So, there you go. My steam tank. ))

(( Hey Mr. Wolf12,
Thank you. I will give a lot of credit to the sculpt itself. I was pleasantly suprized at how improved GW plastics have come from several years ago. Though... GW should have toned down the SKULLZ AND MOAR SKULLZ aspect of the model. The tank took very well to the baroque-style metal ornamentation.
Anyway, thank you for the compliment, Mr. Wolf12 ))
