Whoops, miscounted. *makes more cakes appear before making them disappear* there, that should bring the total up to 65 million.
I think he ate them already but just forgot, now he'll either get more cakes, lots of human snacks.... OR BOTH!
Sounds about right. Just using cakes as an excuse to go hunting.
