I have needed one of these for a long time.
The artist was
vorelord who was fantastic to work with. I didn't even think it was possible or feasible to have animated depictions of Duck in motion when I originally asked to get one made, but the artist offered some inspired ideas and they took off (hur hurr)! Quite amazing, I think.
Duck's race has a complicated and rich back-story that I intend to tell some day in writing. Seeing those faces on the top really makes me want to work on that. They aren't anyone in particular. Yes Dusters really like their tattoos.

Holy crap, this turned out beautifully, the animation there is just brilliant too! Always loved your Duster race, can't wait to see and learn more :D

Bonus info hidden in comments: Looking at the five heads in the corner, starting at the top and going clockwise: The spiky guy is an 'Inquisitor', and they are endowed with a go-go gadget array of tools, sensors, probes and equipment for analyzing and repairing things. The floofy one with antennae is a 'Progenitor', which are like Inquisitor but focused on medical, biological and cybernetics tasks. The one with Mars sign tattooed on the face is a 'Prospector' (Oh hey, so is Duck) and they have an emissions-free magnetometric thrust system running down the spine and tail. Prospectors also employ a lot of stealth technology in their skin. The one with the face covering is a 'Celestiar', and all of their traits are focused on survival in space. Lastly the big hulking one is an 'Exemplar', designed to be strong and indestructible. The wings of Exemplars are particularly beefy and can detach from their flight fabric like a zipper to effectively have two sets of arms. There's of course more Duster variants that didn't make it onto this ref but I won't go into them here. Hope that was interesting.
