Better late than never sounds about right, 'cause this is freakishly adorable. It's so warm and soft-looking (and not just the character) with all the colors, and the character is filled with expression despite it being a dialogue-free still image. Great stuff.
The coloring is fantastic. The shading and lighting in this is great too :D
