A fun concept.
Though he's in the garb of a Shaolin Monk here, i've decided that Noir would be of the Sohei (Monk Warrior)
In design, they have many similarities already. and I am very much a fan of staff-based weaponry which is just perfect. Noir would be a sort of "Pyro Sohei"

I love staff weaponry as well. It hits hard at a reasonable distance, good for speed brawling and all that twirling you can do with it! My fave weapon choice.
Sir Noir, proving that he is as amazing a human, as he is a bear. I can definitely see him as a warrior monk; the staff is quite a respectable weapon, in my opinion, and I can bet he excells at wielding it. I wonder if his weapon will be a custom-made sohei staff, or the traditional one.
It's great to see that he does not lose his facial expression; that is one of his major defining features (his hair and body structure foloowing after that)! Those are some seriously imposing, piercing and respectable eyes.
So, I say you have a rather nice hand at drawing humans; human faces are decidedly hard to draw, and you performed greatly!

(By the way, I can easily imagine him encountering the warrior monk Benkei; that would make for quite the encounter!)
