In the grim darkness of the future there is only Bugs
The sounds of fire and plasma echoed among the finger-like spires that clawed at the sky. Shrieking Tyranids answered in kind, their feral cries clawing at the minds of the three soldiers marching up the rocky ledge. One wielded a flamer, the liquid fire spewing forth and clearing a path for the ragged party. Their boots crunched on the carapaces of torched bugs as they pushed ahead. Nothing could stop them from moving forward. Only death awaited them if they slowed. The second warrior turned on his heel, burst cannon bringing to bear against the swarming creatures at the flank. Hot energy ripped from the multi-barreled weapon, punching fist sized craters into the approaching enemies. Their bodies were lost among the horde, trampled under the claws and hooves of their brethren. Light spilled into the valley, their escape over the crest of the next hill. It seemed like miles away, the ground between the warriors and their goal was squirming with their enemy. The third warrior shouted in defiance at the writhing mass of death. He hoisted a broken banner toward the light. A single banner, tattered and worn, whipped in winds. It bore their symbol, the icon of their pride and a reminder of those lost in the caves below. Well, as soon as it comes to close combat and that Sister runs out of flamer fuel. I'm betting the pathfinder will go first, then the stealth suit, at leas the Sister's got some skill with a blade!

Tau Fire Warrior, Tau Ghost and a Adeptus Sororitas Sister against Tyranids. That´s a rrally freakin awesome pic.
Still not a clue about the war hammer series and I still do not like the over sized bulky armors but this makes it look really cool.
Tau, they are next after the vile Tyranid infestation.
