I have a bunny, and i clip her nails, and she has little pink paw pads on all her toes. Do you mean that those just arent refereed to as paw pads?
They hard to find because their tiny and buried under matted fur, but i like to play with her feet and dig my finger in around her toes

Actually they don't. Yes rabbit feet are paws but they don't have paw pads. To be considered a pawpad they need digital pads, metacarpal pads and carpal pads. The tips of their toes are simply that; tips of their toes, they are not pads nor do they have a need for pads because the thick fur on their feet. They do not have a metacarpal or carpal pad thus they lack a true "paw pad"

Some pet rabbits may develop fake "paw pads" from a wire cage where they develop calloused feet but that usually means negligent care.

maybe their not considered "true paw pads" but they are there, be it tips of their fingers or pads, they stick out and LOOK like paw pads. They dont need paw pads, but from an aesthetic view if a bunny character is drawn with paw pad-like finger tips, its not wrong, that bunny character can just be considered to have shaved down paws or something.

Well it'd be like the rest of their fingers - so at a certain point you'd reach skin hahah. You can look up rabbit paws without fur but it's pretty not nice to look at :'D
