The commissioner wrote a lil background info/story to go along with the picture as well:
“How can Candi just NOT care?” Bethany thought to herself. Bethany had made a high school career of trying to get attention, of trying to show off her body and accentuate what she was loath to admit were plain-Jane features… and yet that silly TODDLER of a classmate drew more looks and didn’t give a single care what people thought of her.
Bethany would change that, she’d make it a personal mission to retake the spotlight and show that girl why high school wasn’t pre-school. Humility and all… but how do you tease someone who has no shame and thinks you’re only helping her?"
