Oh man, that lighting..!! I seriously thought it was a lit sculpture from the thumbnail, it looks so realistic. Wow!

If by "struggle" you mean test different brushes and shapes and see what works? ;) Trying new things, painting back and forth, changing mid-idea is part of the process of art! It doesn't mean a struggle by any means, it's simply part of the process.
