its a piece of art I commissioned off of Haychel, yes.
he's a lucario I created for a RP I'm doing with a buddy of mine on Skype.
His name is Owari, meaning "End" in Japanese.

it looks to me it's akuma as a lucario :p or atleast thats what i thought when i saw the thumbnail
you're close, but there are subtle differences.
The Kanji on Owari's back is "Ji" meaning "Hell," or "Ground."
Gouki's Kanji is "Ten" meaning "Heaven," or "Sky."
