I recently had the honor to get a copy of "Chinese Zodiac Furry" book, the most recent production by my good ol' talented friend 
jilo a.k.a. Ronaldo Santana.
And boy... I'm totally impressed!! The publication is gorgeous, printed in a great quality and featuring more than 150 pages of hot stories and brand new artwork never seem before! What goes boing when you read something erotic or sexual? His neck is that thing that goes BOING when you see or read, or hear something on the lewd sexual side without showing anything sexual. Its a Yes in other words that the book is good.

I recognize that snake with the elongated neck from a 90's cartoon. Can't quite put my finger on which one though.
Actually, it's from the 80s. His name is Rattlor and comes from the Masters of hte Universe toyline.
Cool. I'll admit I was more into Thundercats, G.I. Joe, and TMNT during those times >.>
(trexwearingnerdglassessez) Yes, the characters are from the "He-Man" and She-Ra" cartoons form the 80's, but those specific figures are recent versions from the, I'm guessing nostalgia-fueled, "Masters of the Universe Classics" line.
