This is Heather, a close friend of Rocky's who's a bit of a tomboy with a perchance for foul language that'd make a truck driver blush. She feigns confidence with tough talk and posturing but in reality is a bit of a hopeless romantic with a detached sense of expectation versus reality. While she's kindhearted and likeable otherwise, her disorganization and strong-headed personality can sometimes be a bit of a bother to those who know her well.

Believe it or not, occasionally I do draw females. I've even got a few female side characters sketched that haven't seen any sort of official artwork of themselves yet, but they're there, I assure you! XD
