This was made with the brand new wolverine base (which was made for this commission)! there are 12 different furs used on this head and 4 different colors of whiskers, with airbrushing to top it off and blend :3.

ah yes, this brings back flashbacks of making the wolverine I did X3 there is such a subtlety to the species that has to be captured to read as a wolverine correctly and you nailed it.

Really nice work, amazing! I just wonder why the customer likes to stay anon. It's not like this species is so shameful or so, but oh well :P
Same reason folks like Mystery Otter, or the 3 Dingo's exist, some folks want the character and their personification of it to stand on their own, without any ties (negative or positive) to the owner/wearer themselves.
