My piercer already told me I'd have to have one of my lobes lanced if I was going to stretch any more (I have very small plugs right now) because when I got my ears pierced originally they messed up the placement and got it too low. At least the piercer was nice enough to let me know about it though which probably saved me from an accident like this later on.

Really sucks that you had to deal with that happening but at least from the look of things your lobe will heal up without being crazy messed up. You might still be able to get it re-pierced eventually, not sure if it'd be doable or not but if that was the case you could always go for some fake plugs if you were really gunning for the look.
