so yeah! he's a chubby otter fisherman-type guy with big paws and a big appetite.
first time doing a character rotation and it was very educational but very tricky. it's still really wonky in a lot of places, oH WELL

According to your model sheet, when it comes to handling a rod and reel, 'Otis' appears to be a 'southpaw'! I'll assume then that his right hand is his 'eating hand' (which he uses a lot more often)!
