Picture I did for a japanese convention.
Polymanga 2014. Taking place this April in Switzerland.

The theme this year is "By the lake" I wanted to do a japanese style illustration with a water spirit form
the lake and a young girl (who is kinda looking like me :p) offering him sushi. Because sushi. Nom. I will love to share my sushi with a dragon.

This is a truly beautiful piece of work! The heavy lines etc. around the periphery make it look almost lie a tapestry or stained glass.

Love the style of this! Is this inks and markers? The thick and thin black lines for different elements is a great detail.
