Commissioned by ! She wanted a horseback riding piece with a western theme, styled kinda like Wild Wild West. I love painting horses so much! I was always an English rider though so I had to look up references for the western tack. Reference for the horse was one of my own photos. :)
There"s also a version with a hat I might show at some point or make prints of or something.

I have no idea what you're talking about when you talk about horses, but this is pretty damn cool. I especially love that reddish lighting, and the outfit design :3
You draw horses so well! I really like your use of lighting and colouring in this, too. Beautiful as always.
G'damn Shini <3 you out-do yourself time and time again <3 this is beautiful! Missed your horses <3 Really gorgeous shading and lighting effects <3 and all the fur on her tail! Brilliant!
Woooooow... stunning work, especially with the lighting! I'm always drawn to desert scenes, and this really illustrates the magic the desert holds for me
Lovely as always! ^_^ Glad you're keeping your old west skills sharp!
There simply just is not enough old west style art out there! This is fantastic!
Wow this is awesome :D love it
Not picking on you or anything i mean i also ride a little english but the back strap of a western saddle isnt sposed to be that tight it is actually meant to have space under it just to stop the rising of the back of the saddle :)
but it really is good
wish i could draw that good :C

When an artist truly engages with a character you get magic. I can not thank you enough for adopting Ledoux. You do her justice.
Saw this on Ledoux's page, and wanted to pass on my comments directly to you here. Beautiful work. Your details on the tack and Ledoux's gunbelt and holster are wonderful. The sky behind is magnificent!
