To explain his mutation, he was just born that way. His parents almost second guessed each other and thought the other was cheating. In the end, they did a blood test and it was confirmed that he belong to both parents. It was explained to them that color mutation is rare. His markings were given to him after his parents passed away which was only at the age of 1.
