I did whatever popped into my head at the time. For the last picture of this set, I thought it’d be cool to draw the puma as a kid. He’s excited for a birthday cake his mom baked for him, and I wanted to capture that “super-happy-hyper-excited” kind of excitement with the eyes all lit up while holding his little paws close to his chest.
