The amount of work that went into this is phenomenal. I have always loved your unique style of mark-making and overall lighting and shading. I also appreciate you doing something a little more sci-fi inspired, similar to that of

I always love how much detail you get into the fur in your pieces of art, really brings a lot of depth and realism to the picture :)

This is simply wonderful. His eyes capture me the most, as does his expression. I would want to hug him for good luck before he took off! Being a feline fur myself (white lion), and having worked with the real big cats, I have an affinity for them. This is very well done, and the details are fantastic. I've also flown in civilian aviation before, and am an aviation buff so this is all around a Win! I'll have to keep my eyes out for your next commission opening - have a request I would like to make when you are available.
Seeing this just reminds me A.) How amazing of an artist you are, and B.) How excited I am for Star Citizen. :|

It does remind me of my most beloved game ever: Wing Commander 1 from 1991. I still got the original game here for MSDOS on 5,25" Floppy Disks. It was the reason I switched from an Amiga 500 to an MSDOS PC.
