Actually he wasn't forced in any way. The guy kept talking about peace yet couldn't keep his Horde in check. And so far Wow has been: "Horde screws up, Alliance does nothing despite that. Suddenly Alliance does something and everyone screams "warmonger and racist", Thrall puts greater warmonger in charge. Thrall does nothing when Warmonger keeps attacking Alliance. But Thrall moves in when he tears Horde apart". I love both factions mind you. But that is bad Blizz writing right there >.>

Eh as far as i can tell the king of stormwinds thoughts have allways been "genocide for the horde in the name of justice, therefor it's ok" and i'm pretty sure after he left to deal with the elements he didn't care as much anymore and just wanted to make like a million babies and be a fat fuck.

Actually.. he wasn't ^^; That is made up along the way by forum posts. He wanted to dismantle the Horde, but later on came to symphatize with Saurfang in Wotlk. And signed a peace treaty. Which Garrosh broke (put in charge by Thrall). Also.. IF Varian was like that, would it make sence for him to step down? At the time he stepped down, there was peace. Though ofcourse he had to put down the warmongering Garrosh because reasons...

i still don't like him, his son on the otherhand could bring about big changes.

Alliance got a king who learned to stop being a blood thirsty prick. Vol'Jin's a good pick because he's always been pretty much bro-tier with Thrall.

Vol'jin, best possible Warchief next to Sylvania

sylvanas would be a horrible warchief, sure her character has a lot of depth, but she only joined the horde for selfish reasons, she couldnt even keep the apothecaries at bay, how do you expect her to lead a whole faction?

She's also being corrupted by the Frostmourne shards she took.
