This comic sketch I made to go with the "First Moments" story I wrote. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/22988863/
To be used as a template/guide for a colored version to be commissioned later. As my drawing skills are adequate, but not That good. It’ll get the basic idea(s) down.

Notes for the commissioned:
All frames take place in a cave with many stalagmites/stalactites. A small (and I do mean small - like only inches wide) stream flows through some of the frames.
Frame 1: A dark-gray egg sits on the ground (nothing else special about its outward appearance) with only some disturbed earth around it keeping it upright. The area around the egg is fairly free of stalagmites and generally level ground.
Frame 2: The young dragon grips at the small hole he's made in the egg with his claws. Only the inside environment of the egg can be seen in this frame. Outside the egg is grayed/blacked out.
Note: The interior of the egg is the same pattern as the dragon's wings.
Frame 3: The egg has cracked open and lay on either side of the creature in 2 roughly equal halves. The little remaining 'egg juices' ooze away from the sudden expanse of space.
Frame 4: Close up shot of the hatchling licking the quickly dissipating egg goo off himself (specifically his wing in this shot)
Frame 5: Leasoncre suddenly stood up (because of his belly rumbling – if there's a way to draw that in (squiggly belly or something) then it would be shown)
Frame 6: Wide shot of the cave area, left side the dragon wonders off to find food. Right side: the egg seems to dissolve after the hatchling left it behind
