This one should deign to know her place?
Not one can serve without disgrace
that loyalties may pass the test;
I only subjugate the best.
What is this one's threshold for pain?
Is cruel struggle worth the gain?
Does, desperately, this one to please
her master live on both her knees?
This one, is she in love with gold?
Or does this one instead behold
a chain's embrace with dripping lust
and take to ropes with eager trust?
And when this one is keen to feed
upon the ghosts within the seed,
will she consume in earnest heat,
or savor slow the sticky treat?
Will vanity this one delay?
Or will this one be quick to sway
beneath another servant fair
and share in lusts of mirrored stare?
Will filth become this one's delight?
Will sun give way to endless night?
Will sanguine drink this one entice?
Will sanity give way to vice?
Will wrecklessly, without remorse
this one her former life divorce
and serve until her final breath
a life of living close to death?

The first two verses of this were written some time ago at my workplace. I had them scrawled on a napkin, and glanced over them tonight. I felt like finished the poem, and this is the result.
You know I love your feedback, though I am more interested in your opinion on this one than usual. I am rather satisfied with it.
