So Silvax is originally a silver dragon. All silver, reflective, like shiny liquid metal. How much of a challenge is that? Especially rendering it in marker? So the dragon got turned into a gargoyle, and because I'm especially masochistic, I decided to do it a night scene, over a city, under a bright moon. What was I thinking?
My tennis elbow feels better -- I don't notice it unless I lift something heavy like a full coffee pot or water jug -- so I figure I'd get back into commissions and comics and stuff. Enjoy!

My eye is just drawn to the top of the right wing all the way down to the sheen of the tip. Just love chrome in all it's forms.

something I've been wondering, in the Gargoyles series you always see female gargoyles with human-like heads, but male gargoyles have all sorts of shapes-beaks, flat noses, etc.

Yup, I've been discussing this lately. It's called Disparate stylisation. The comic actually broke that with Coco and Katana's designs.
Oh gosh I love this!! It is so cool to see you are so into Gargoyles, that show was a favorite of mine and definitely was one of the things that led me to the furry fandom, that and Beast Wars. These are badass and I love how you drew this character, he reminds me of Brooklyn. And your character is beautiful! Gargoyles ftw
