Title : My Moon (Moonlight Sonata)
Median: Done on Keyboard with Mixed Music Box/Glass Tones with a Delayed Echo.
Date Recorded: 01/12/08
Orignally done by Ludwig Van Beethoven Sometime in the mid 18th to 19th Century
Felt like I wanted to do something more then I normally do. I play the piano and various instruments and not good with any but I do come to some correct sounds to make things sound great just like this here song. Its not the long it takes less then 2 minutes but I hope you enjoy something classical with a slight twist. Different Tempo and a lil bit of a new sound....

Being a piano major, I get sick of this song after hearing it played at recitals over and over again. I've never even played it because it was so trite. But this version is DIFFERENT! O: <3333 I lurve it! Makes it sound like some gothic videogame background music, which it very well could be. :3
Like the tempo changes. Adding rubato to anything besides romantic stuff is fun.

Well here is the deal with something that has been overdone. You need to find a way to break it or else you'll fall into the trap of never thinking. Add a change of tempo here, take away a really repetitious part that everyone knows and replace and splice. I'm glad you liked it and it was meant to sound video-gamish and heh. A piece should never be played the same because every pianist brings their own flavor to it.

Thing is, with classical music (and this particular song is so invariably classical that no one else is imaginative enough to improve upon it) it's so hard to do that. Unlike romantic music, it's meant, along with baroque, to be played exactly the way it's written. I'm not too good at playing things other than how they're written (I'll let you listen sometime if ye want) so I dropped playing romantic music and started playing classical. Really, if I wasn't playing music for a grade or for performance right now, I would absolutely tear it up. Rewrite it, rearrange it (Which I have done) and prolly compose schtuff, too. I make up techno "remixes" of classical songs all the time, so stuff like Bemani's release of the Mozart/Classical Speed CD absolutely elated me.
So it looks like I have something to look forward to!
And you should look into the anime Nodame Cantabile. It's all about what we're currently talking about.

First thing is that with classical pieces, they are meant to played in tempo and in the style from the Baroque Classical era. But, there is a difference in performing it in Classical way or something different or Neo Classical Movement. Improving those pieces will over a new light into what Classical at the time meant, I free range of music expressing things using things like a Hapsichord, Piano, Violin, Cello, <Free form wood wind or string.> Any type of Classical period was known for the changes in dynamics including types of ways to play. I am just happy that you liked this and found this interesting.. <Blushes.>
Anything else I am glad that you enjoyed.> :P
