Faerexi Species Traits
a year agoOk. So... Its been a while since I put in my Bio that they were almost done. I was wrong. I admit that. But NOW they are actually almost done. To the point that im going to try and start releasing info on them little by little till I can afford to get a trait sheet done for them. For now I figured I would start with the typings. Basically the Tiers.

Basic Celestial - LegendaryCelestials are mostly rumors to most Faerexi. The only real proof of their existence are the enlightened as they are said to be descendents of a Celestial.
They spend most of their time among the stars and prefer to remain out of sight. Though even they are drawn into new sights among their kind.
Festivals are often held in their honor and a celestial actually appearing at a festival thrown for them is said to bring the best luck to the village that arranged it.
Their powers are the strongest of their kind. Able to manipulate heavenly powers. Starlight, Wormholes, even falling Meteors have been known to be at their call.
Though more often than not celestials would prefer to vanish in a fight or flight scenario. Only in the case of defending their world and people would they stand defiant.Enlightened - Very RareEnlightened are the descendants of Celestials. And while all Faerexi have some Celestial blood in them, Enlightened have had the rare privilege of theirs being awoken.
These Faerexi tend to be looked up to as Shaman or Oracles of their tribes. Larger conjoined tribes will have small Enlightened councils.
And for the tribes who don't have an Enlightened, they will commonly seek out a Tribe that does.
Their powers, while not always the strongest, usually ties in with the unknown of the future and the reading of the stars.
They specialize in telepathy and future sight, often guiding their packs to a better future.
Some Enlightened are strong enough to manipulate the weather and are thus fought over when they are discovered by outside packs.
Though they often prefer everyone to get along with each other.
There are different levels of Enlightend as well. For the most part any given Enlightend only has 10%-15% of their blood awakened to their celestial heritages. However there are cases of Enlightened breaking this rule. Some have wakened up to 25% and even 50% of their blood, bordering on the very Celestials themselves. These Enlightend are even more sought after then normal and have cause massive wars between the continents themselves in the past causing a few Celestials to intervene. They are also exceeding rare even for Enlightend. Druid - Very RareDruids are a strange addition to the Faerexian species. They have strong natural tendencies, feeling the land and life around them,
while Enlightened tend to be more arcane in nature. Druids tend to have plant life growing on or around them,
their feathers are replaced with leaves and tufts of fur becoming vines or flowers. They also have a much higher tendency to Bioluminescence.
The Plants that are a part of them develop beautiful glows leaving them as striking as the plants that grow at the base of Yggdrasial’s trunk,
beneath the boughs that leave nothing but night among the land.
Druids tend to take similar roles in Faerexian society as Enlightened and tend to be just as rare and fought over.
Packs who happen to have both a Druid and an Enlightened have been known to see immense prosperity and will defend them to the last to protect it.Herald - RareHerald Faerexi are the leaders of their kind. At most a pack will have one Herald and one young Herald being groomed to take the Pack in their hands when the time comes.
Heralds are often a tad larger than their fellow kin making them easily recognizable to those that behold them.
Physically stronger than most other Faerexi in their packs, they will lead hunting packs if other duties don't require their attention.
While it's true no pack has more than one Herald it does sometimes happen where two or more packs will gather together finding it more beneficial to work with each other then it is to fight and be independent. This often happens when an Enlightened is born who is capable of Weather manipulation. In the event of Pack conjoining the Herald’s will form a council to better govern their conjoined packs.
For unknown reasons, each pack continues to have a young Herald even after a few generations of being in conjoined tribes.
When an extra Herald is born they are raised as the next Herald alongside the other young one. Upon their coming of age they have honorable combat to find who the next pack leader will be and the loser gathers those who wish to follow them and make new packs that wander till they find a new home to settle. In rare instances a single pack can end up with a council if the new Herald decides the old ways to be unneeded.
Heralds are also unique in that their telepathy and thought sharing are far stronger than those of their fellow kin.
Boasting much longer ranges and sheer access they really are born to their life position as pack leader. Basic - CommonCommon Faerexi are the majority. They spend their lives as they see fit. But just because they are the
most Er...Common kind of Faerexi does not make them the weakest.
Commons make up Hunting packs after all and even without the Herald, they will hunt and defend. Some have
brought advancements in society and technology to the pack.
And others do what they can to make the lives of those around them better. Powers are often
all over the elemental field for Commons.
