Vodka.'s Terms of Service 2023


_.-~ TERMS OF SERVICE ~-._


1) Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.

2) Clear and concise visual or descriptive references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided unless artistic freedom is granted

3) Payments must be made upfront in full before commission is started.

4) Clients will have the opportunity to direct alterations of their commissions in the line-art stage.

5) The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

6) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission they will be refunded for what isn’t completed. For example, you will get a full refund if I haven’t started. If you asked for flat colour and I’ve done the lineart, I’ll refund you the amount that you’d only have paid for lineart.

7) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the final stage they will not be issued a refund.

8) The Artist will only discuss a commission through notes, or Discord. The commissioner can chose which of these they would prefer.

9) The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior.

10) The Artist ensures the Client will receive note updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel the need for updates, assurance or reminders!

11) The artist will need to be contacted about the depiction of mature/adult rated commission themes and may refuse certain requests.

12) The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client. Client may remain anonymous on request before or posting. Client can request certain features be hidden in the public post (markings, tattoos, accessories etc.)

13) The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise.

14) The Client may not profit from the artwork. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork. For whatever reason, the artist is not to be mentioned as anonymous or private.

15)The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

16) The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.

17) If price is below 25.00 USD, commissioner must pay PayPal fees.

Turnaround time may vary. Artist will give updates whenever requested by the client. Personal information regarding turnaround times may not be given by the Artist. If a refund is requested due to lengthy turnaround time, refund time will be within 30 days of request.


✿☉TRADE TOS ☉✿

1)I require the other persons artwork before my own side of trade is given/submitted, unless I was the one who initiated the trade.

2) The opposing artist must have a clear idea of what is wanted, otherwise I will not go back and make edits, as it will be considered artistic freedom.

3) Trade completion may be put before or after commissions, depending on complexity.

4) Opposite artist must also be a digital artist, and have around the same artistic skill. If my anatomy/quality is not up to the other persons standards, suggestions for changes/adjustments will be considered. However, I attain the right that if I feel the change will lower the quality, the adjustment will not be made.

5) Opposite artist must have at least the same amount of watchers. (500 ) HOWEVER, if I happen to like the quality and style of an initiated trade offer's artist, this rule can be completely exempted and the offer will be considered.

6) I retain the right to refuse a trade offer due to communication difficulty (including long waits for responses), rudeness or aggressive communication, art styles that I do not prefer or see my characters being in, lack of quality, and/or extremely lengthy wait times for the opposing artwork to be provided.

7) After finishing my side of the trade, I will provide the picture to the opposing artist. If there is no response asking for changes, then there is a 24 hour wait period before it will be uploaded and no longer eligible for adjustments (Circumstance dependent, of course.)

8) In regards to a trade where I am the one who initiated, by the time my artwork is in the coloring stage and the final piece is shown, the trade CAN NOT be cancelled. It is not fair to my efforts and time that I do not get the agreed art in return.

Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. By commissioning/agreeing to a trade, the opposing person(s) subject that they have read and agree with my current TOS and expectations.
