Payment
Upon approval of your design and plan you are expected to pay the 40-50% non-refundable down -payment that is included in your quote. Commissions will not be started until the first additional payment towards your due amount is sent. After that you are expected to pay off in monthly increments of NO LESS than $100 every two weeks. Be aware no suit or part will be sent out until the entire suit and shipping amount is paid in full. Pawesome Costumes only takes payments through paypal. Because of this all payments for any premade suit head is expected within 72 hours of the auction close or the premade will be relisted.
Shipping
You as the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs during the commission. Shipping is not included in any quote or any price of a costume. Shipping costs do vary, so please check. Expect to pay additional fees for insurance. Pawesome Costumes has the right to select shipping methods and carriers. We will NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Warranty
All suits come with a 30 day/2 convention warranty (Whichever comes first). During this time normal wear and tear may occur and with that Pawesome costumes will offer free minor repair to help keep your suit in top optimal condition. Shipping for any suit repairs will be the suit owners responsibility. After the warranty is up all repairs major or minor will be subject to a fee. Pawesome costumes has the right to decline any repair if there is a schedule conflict.
Character Concept
In order to bring your character to life Pawesome costumes needs AT LEAST 3 clear, detailed references. It is highly advised you have a 3 view reference for the most accurate transfer of your character to costume. Pawesome costumes is not responsible for any marking mistakes if inadequate references are given.
If artistic liberty is given to Pawesome Costumes then a reference is not required and instead we can discuss what design will be created.
Cancellations
Please be sure you are financially set when you set up a commission with us. as stated above the down payment is non refundable. Once materials have been bought no part of the non-refundable 40-50% down payment will be returned to the customer.
Sizing
A Duct tape dummy is required for all fullsuit commissions. Only on rare occasions are exceptions made. Digitigrade or any padded suit needs a duct tape dummy and absolutely NO exceptions can be made for these suits, sorry. It is the only way to ensure your suit fits 100%. When making a duct tape dummy please be sure to make it thick enough. i.e. at least 3 layers of tape. Without that the dummy will be too flimsy and will not stuff properly. When sending your dummy please tape it neatly at the seams, if not it will warp and tear open. If a dtd arrives and is unsatisfactory I will notify you to either make a new one and send it out or i will charge a service fee for my time and materials to fix the dtd. Service fee will vary depending on the amount of work done to the dtd.
Completion
While most completion dates can not be exact we will do our best to work with you in giving a rough estimate of when yours will be finished. Completion greatly depends on where you sit in our queue. if you have a certain deadline please let us know immediately so we can let you know if such a date is feasible or not. Pawesome costumes will do our best to work with con deadlines, but we reserve the right to charge a rush fee depending on when you want it made by.
Design changes
Once suit work has begun we cannot guarantee that certain suit design changes can be made, we will do our best to honor your request. Please be aware certain changes may require an additional fee since they may require us to purchase more supplies, put us behind schedule, or otherwise. Please be sure you are satisfied with your concept before work begins.

Hello everyone, so sorry I havent been around much on this site. 2016 totally blew and I sort of took a break from all of the websites I was on and have been very neglectful in posting photos and updating my work.
Needless to say i am not going to let 2017 be like that! I have a lot of conventions that I am scheduled to deal at this year and I am really going to make an effort to get my suits and name out there. I have a lot of new things I want to try this year as well as many plans for new things to make.
I also have two commissions that are in the works and being completed. Ripley Raccoon partial has the feet completed as well as the tail and just needs the the head and handpaws finished. The head just needs a hood, neck and some airbrushing! Handpaws just need sewn together. Photos of that suit should be coming around here shortly! He is looking awesome!
I also have a partial in the works for Yukki! That suit currently has the head all rigged up for a moving jaw, eyes installed and face fur all sewn and glued down! Elastic needs added as well as lip detailing, ears etc. Paws and a tail will be made as well according to the commissioner.
For the new year I will be opening up for suit commissions to be completed AFTER my current two commissioners, these will most likely be completed the end of the 2017 year. Some things will be different however. I will no longer be offering just heads. I will only be open for partials and fullsuits. Heads, like fursuit parts will only be open on special occasions.
Along with no longer offering heads I will also not be offering realistic suits for this go around. I have a lot of techniques that I would really rather perfect for those types of suits and will only be selling them as premades this year. I will hopefully open up for them again in 2018 but we will see what happens.
I cannot wait to see what is in store for this year I hope to have many new suits and things to show you! I am looking forward to seeing everyone around at cons! If you are going to one of the cons that I am dealing at please come and say hi!
