Traditional Chinese Calligraphy

My sister just got back to the US from her trip to China, and she bought me some traditional Chinese calligraphy brushes, since I've been saying for a while that I was gonna get into it XD
It's a beautiful set of three, different sizes, and the brushes are made of wolf hairs, so they're extremely fine.
All I need now is to actually get some lessons on traditional brush calligraphy so that I know what I'm doing before I use them. I really don't want to ruin them.
Also, I have no idea where to get ink for brush calligraphy XD
