Good artist/flash artist needed for comission

I need some help finding good artists to do a flash/art comission for me :o What i want is kind of boat scene with 2 characters cuddling, making out, getting steamy. It would be nice if it had a small side menu to select poses/animations or whatever and a specific background music i pick in advance. I dont know where to turn so any help is appreciated :S
