Terms of Service
Here you will find general terms of service and regulations when acquiring art from me. If you have any questions on any of the rules stated below, feel free to contact me for clarification.
General
•I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I see fit.
•NSFW art will only be made available for purchase/trade for those of 18 years of age or older. By ordering adult art, you are agreeing that you are of age to receive such art.
•All incoming payments will be completed through PayPal in USD. I will gladly send out invoices for any order.
•Payment must be received before work is started unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
•Do NOT send payment for an art piece before I have requested or sent an invoice.
•If you are using a character other than your own, please know that I have the right to contact the owner of the character to see if it is alright that I draw them for the piece. This does not apply to cannon characters from media such as My Little Pony, Pokemon, Digimon, video game characters, etc.
•All .PSD files are saved for two weeks before they are removed from my computer. If I have miscolored something based off of the reference sheet I was given, I will gladly fix it! After the two weeks is up, the .psd file will no longer be accessible, and the time in which color changes can be made is over.
•I DO NOT distribute .PSD files.
•All art created by me will be posted in my gallery on FA and on Tumblr. However, you can choose whether or not you are tagged or mentioned, or if the image remains anonymous.
•Any art drawn by me has the potential to turn into a timelapse, or be worked on during a stream. If you would like to opt out on your piece participating in any of these, please let me know before work is started.
•The commissioner of an art piece may reupload any image drawn for them to their gallery so long as credit is given back to me.
•No images drawn by me can be reuploaded or used in any way for any monetary gain unless I give written permission for each image used and for each use applied.
•You must have an image or description for me to work off of. Descriptions of characters over an image will have an additional fee.
•If something is different from on your reference sheet or image, I must be given notification when the reference sheet is originally sent. If there is a change and I am not told before work is started, there will be an extra fee to go back and add the new features.
What I will and will not draw
•Characters under the age of 18 in mature situations.
Your Character Here Auctions and Autobuys
•All bidding/claiming is final. Do not bid or claim a slot unless you plan on purchasing.
•If a bid is retracted without first talking it over with me, bidder will be blocked from future auctions.
•Poses will not be changed. Edits to body type /species are perfectly fine within each individual auction/buyout's rules.
•Abide by rules of the individual auction or buyout ych as well as the ToS.
•Please wait for an invoice to send payment for a piece.
•YCHs and Autobuys will not go through approval stages, as the sketch is already drawn out for you to see. However, if I make a mistake on the final image, please feel free to have me correct it!
•If you have autobought a slot, you are more than welcome to choose to pay for it right away, or to wait until the auction is officially over. However, I will contact you to send out the invoice as soon as I see that the slot has been claimed.
Commissions
•Commissions must be submitted via email or note using the commission form located here.
•Please be as detailed as possible as far as what you have in mind for your commission. The more vague you are, the more artistic freedom I assume I have.
•WIPs/approval images will be sent upon the completion of your image's sketch. You may make any changes to the pose in the sketch stage. Once it is given the approval, it will be completed and the final image will be sent out to the commissioner.
•Please wait for an invoice to send payment for a piece.
Trades
•I accept/deny trades based on my current workload. If I deny a trade, feel free to offer at a different time! I'm probably just swamped.
•I accept many forms of trades! Please feel free to offer what you feel comfortable with! I'm not an "art only" person as far as what I'm willing to receive, and I am willing to try my hand at writing if you'd rather see my half of a trade in text over art!
•Just ask! No harm ever comes of it.
Freebies
•Freebies are only given out when stated.
•Do not ask for free art. The answer will be no.
•If I have it posted that I am giving away free art, feel free to comment! Any that receive freebies will be notified once their image is complete.
•If you do not receive a freebie off of my give-away posts, please do not feel discouraged! Sometimes I come back to the post if I'm feeling like doodling, or I will post another in the future!
•Freebies are meant to be something fun. Please do not nit-pick something you are given for free.
Refunds
•Refunds are issued only for the work not completed on a commission.
•Once a commission is completed, a refund will NOT be given.
•If your piece has not yet been started, you can ask for a full refund.
