It is your responsibility to read and agree to my terms before commissioning, trading, or receiving free art from me.
When commissioning me, please provide a reference sheet, art, or a description of the OC(s) you'd like for me to draw, a description or reference of what you'd like, and your PayPal or CashApp for invoices. You will have 24 hours to pay for your commission when prompted to do so. If you need more time to pay, please let me know. The maximum amount of time I can wait is three days. If you fail to pay within these timeframes, your slot will be removed. If you repeatedly fail to pay, you will be blacklisted.
The maximum you can order for YCHs is three, for stickers is five, and for headshots, half bodies, full bodies, and reference sheets is one. The maximum for these combined is three. This is to avoid putting stress on my workload.
Please do not pay me via Ko-fi if your commission is over $20. This is due to multiple malicious chargebacks on finished art.
The pace I go depends on my schedule, the fullness of my queue, my mental health, and my physical health. It could take one day to over one month depending on these factors and how much you order. If you are not patient, please do not commission me.
You will be given a link to my queue when the payment has been confirmed. I will message you updates and previews on your commission. You are allowed to request any changes during the process and after the commission is completed.
When you are given the final product, you are allowed to upload the art, use the art as emotes, stickers, profile pictures, banners, etc. Please credit me when you do any of these! If you need my social media tags, please let me know.
If you are blacklisted for any reason, you may not do any of the above, and you are to remove the art from wherever you've uploaded them. If you refuse to comply or have blocked me in advance, you will be sent a DMCA. Blacklists can be reversed under certain circumstances.
If you are rude to me during the process, or if I find out you're a zoophile, pedophile, racist, sexist, misogynist, ableist, etc. you will be blacklisted and your commission will be canceled. Art costing over $20 can not be refunded due to my financial situation.
While I am open for art trades, they are not always guaranteed. I only do art trades when I am financially stable enough to do so.
I no longer do sponsored art raffles over $30 due to multiple malicious chargebacks on finished art.
