With the stresses of work behind me i have realised that i have not been able to get any rest at night and end up spending most nights out in the open which isnt the best option but i was wondering is there any other way to get some rest at some point i can sleep sometimes during the day its a quiet house that im living in at the moment but being alone in a big house makes you feel cut off from the world and i dont think that i have been getting out much in the open to feel tired
