In these terms, the word "order" may be used to mean the piece of art, hand made product, or other service of the artist, me.

Any potential buyer must understand that I reserve the right to refuse service or product to anyone I choose for any reason I choose and it is not the right of the inquirer to interrogate me to divulge the reason.

Payment: the final product ordered shall not be received by the client/customer until such time as payment has been made.
Progress may begin on the order when at least half the payment has been met.

Refund: a refund may NOT be issued upon completion and delivery of service or product; this includes art, or sewn items already shipped; however, a refund can be issued if there is a dissatisfaction with the product delivered and a return to sender is made (this does not include any digital or traditional artworks). A refund may be issued at my discretion should a situation arise in which it would benefit one or more parties involved to cancel the order entirely.
I reserve the right to deny any refund upon my discretion once an order has been made and started, or materials have been purchased. However a partial refund may be offered depending on amount of materials purchased or work already completed.
Should an order be cancelled after work has already started I reserve the right to sufficiently alter the design of the order such that I may still use the materials without encroaching on intellectual property or copy write.

Returns: At the time of delivery to the client/customer, he/she/they may request refund and return to me, the product as it is, UNUSED. If the product has been used, ex. fursuit heads, bandannas, other clothing, etc., it is no longer eligible for refund.

Resale: In the event that a product is no longer desired, the customer/client has the right to resell the item in question for no more than was originally paid. The new buyer of the order must also be informed that the seller is not the creator of the product being sold.

By making the first payment, the client thereby accepts these terms of service.
