1. GENERAL

a) Acknowledgement

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and understood the Terms of Service as stated below.

b) Contact

In order to get a commission please send me a required commission order form to outragedcommissions[at]gmail.com (please copy the email just to make sure there will be no mistake). You can send me a private message too, but all contact will be redirected to the email for technical reasons.

c) Legal age

By ordering a commission you declare that you are of legal age.

d) I reserve right to not accept your commission order without any reason or explanation. I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

2. WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW

I will definitely draw:

-Pokémon and other fanart
-Furry OCs and Anthropomorphised creatures
-Humans
-Monsters, fictional creatures etc

I will not draw:

-Babyfurs or children in sexual situations
-Extreme guro, extreme bodily fluid fetishes e.g. scat, vomit
-Hate speech
-Political themes
If you have doubts whether i can draw your idea, please consult me about it.

3. COMMISSION PROCESS

- Please fill out the Commission Order Form.

- An invoice or Paypal link will be sent after I approve the commission.

- Your username will be listed on my Commission Queue.

- Sketches will be sent back within the estimated time frame and waited for any changes/approval.

-After sketch is approved, the linework and colour will be started.

4. PAYMENT POLICY

- Payment is due upfront before I start work on a commission. Any commission that costs $30 or under must be paid in full before work is started. Payments over $30 can be paid half up front, half on approval of the sketch. - If the client needs to use another means of payment other than Paypal, the client is required to pay any necessary fees. If I cant access the money, even if it's been sent, I don't start on the commission.

-All payments are invoiced via Paypal invoice, unless otherwise discussed by the client and artist. Invoices are sent once the artist and client have agreed to a price quote, and the client has provided an email address.

5. EDITS AND REVISIONS

I work by a sketch approval process, and as such will not make major revisions to art past the sketch phase once the client has approved the sketch. Major revisions include re-drawing a pose, changing characters, or drawing additional characters. If the client requires major revisions and does not wish to purchase a separate commission, additional fees may occur depending on the complexity of the revision.

The commissioner is entitled to up to three (3) revisions, dependent on commission type, during the sketch phase. After the sketch phase, the commissioner may ask for up to three (3) minor revisions cumulative during any part of the process. Minor revisions include adding small props or character details, slightly changing positions of the character, minor adjustments to the pose such as arm, leg, or head placement, making color adjustments to small areas, or overall altering the color tone or brightness of the entire piece.

If you still require revisions, there will be a revision fee of $5 and may go up depending on complexity of the revision

6. DEADLINES

- All PAID commissions are worked on in priority order. This includes clients who have paid and/or set a deadline. I do not work on unpaid commissions.
- You will be given an estimate once details are made clear.
- Turn-around time varies on my schedule, complexity of the commission(s) and your communication with me. If there is a specific date you would like your commission(s) completed by, please discuss this with me in advance. An extra fee may apply depending how immediate you want your commission(s) done

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

The artist may cancel a commission for any reason, before or during the drawing process. In the case that i cancel the commission, the commissioner is entitled to a 100% refund. If the commissioner cancels the commission, they may receive a refund based on the progress of the art:

Before sketch: 100% refund

After sketch approval: 50% refund

Inks started: 25% refund

Colors started: 0% refund

8. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

-I retain the copyright to my works, even if the characters belong to you. This means I may post or distribute commissioned work online, and make digital or hard copies for archive, promotion and sale. -You may post any work I do for you on any site as long as artistic credit is given to me.

-You CANNOT sell any of my work without written consent from me

-If you wish for your commissions to be private, where I do not upload the finished piece online or featured in portfolio work, you must inform me BEFORE payment. If I have already uploaded the finished piece, I will NOT take it down if you neglected to tell me beforehand.

-Buying rights to the artwork will cost a 20% of the artwork calculated price.
