General:
1. I only accept USD PayPal for payments. Funds must be sent for Goods/Services with no address needed selected. Unless a hold is arranged, payment is expected within 24 hours. Work will not begin until payment is received. No e-checks.
2. All bases are used within their specified terms and conditions. You may upload your designs to any websites you use. However, the base's creator and myself must both be credited in the description somewhere.
3. Do not remove any signatures on images. All signatures on designs and commissions/customs that are from the base's artist and must be left in place.
4. I reserve the right to use any of my works for promotions, examples, etc unless told otherwise.
5. Designs, customs, and commissions will be received through notes or private message depending on what is requested.
6. You may buy a design or commission as a gift for another person, however, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. (Refer to do's and don'ts below.)
7. *I reserve all rights to cancel a commission if the customer does not respect any point of this ToS.*
8. If any of my ToS are broken, disrespected or my work is stolen or traced, you will be blacklisted and denied any further business.
Commissions:
1. All prices listed are an estimation and may increase depending on the complexity.
2. Wait for my approval before sending payment, and include your username in the subject line or send a screenshot of the payment being sent through (unless it's DA points).
3. If asked to note for paypal information, don't send me your email asking me to inbox you. I'll note you the paypal.me with the set amount.
4. Failing to pay after 48 hours of me accepting your commission and order will be automatically CANCELLED.
5. I reserve all rights to change everything already done with the piece, if it is cancelled.
6. If a hard deadline is required, an extra fee will apply. The amount of the fee will vary with your piece's complexity and how soon it is needed by (I do still have school/night classes so be aware that and papers/homework do come first.)
Adopts
Payments must be made within the first 48 hours of being contacted
1. You MUST Credit the Base owner if you submit it.
2. Do not Heavily alter the original design. You can add markings or remove some, lighten /darken colors etc, as long as it is recognizable as the original design!
3.There are NO REFUNDS, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
4. By reading these rules, you're acknowledging and agreeing to my terms of service.
5. I will not remove any purchased adopts from my page, they will all be placed in the closed folder.
6. If you purchase an adopt and want a minor thing changed ask me
7. If you resell the adopt, PLEASE do not sell it for more then you paid, UNLESS you have more art of that said character
8. Notify me of new owner if ever resold or traded
9. DO NOT CLAIM THE DESIGNS AS YOUR OWN. If someone asks, please credit properly.
10. You may gift the adopt to a friend, family member, partner, etc. Just be sure to send me a note if you win so I may send you the link.
