9 years agoHey everyone! Its been a while. My apologies for the random hiatus. Well lets get down to business.
What has been new with everyone? How are all my furs doing? Has life been treating you all well? (I'd like to hope so!)
PERSONAL STUFF:
◊ I have my own house, with my babecakes. We just had to give a friend her 30 days though and that sucked. But oh well, gotta do what you gotta do.
◊ I have a few new jobs, which at first were awesome but slowly becoming less and less awesome due to hours of working and the lack of hours on my own time but oh well.
◊ I proposed to my man.... and I think we are engaged he just wants to be pride filled and not accept that he didn't get to do it.
◊ My computer is finally up and running perfectly, my hard drive is reading so I can access all of my art stuff.
◊ I make jewelry and stuff other then art now, I am hosting booths at certain cons. So far the only cons I have had a booth at were SacAnime summer and I plan to get one at Kraken Con when that comes around again.
◊ I am revamping my style, look, and fursona as well as my mans because we've grown a lot in the last 5 years and welllllll its time for something different.
◊ My health issues have finally been answered and dealt with to an extent. I am now gluten free and lactose free, which has made my body stop hurting a lot and I have lost tons of weight. I am also back on my anti-depression pills and anxiety pills which super help and the therapist I found is amazing. And also I havent had bad relationship problems in about a year and a half. ALSO something that was a big issue with my own depression was I did not accept the fact that I was polyamorous and I have finally figured out that it is okay for me to be that way and that my partner is accepting of it and supports me wholey. Life is looking up!
ART STUFF:
» MY ART STYLE IS CHANGING OR CHANGED AND I DONT KNOW IF I LIKE IT YET BUT HEY IM DRAWING AGAIN SO IM OKAY WITH IT FOR NOW. That said I am completely scrapping all my old stuff and will be posting as I get things inked and colored and blah blah blah. Just wait youll see.
» Mikca, Derpette, and David's fursona's will all be revamped and I am super excited to do that!
» Free Art Journal - I will be trying to bust out some of them, I know its been years but they are good sketch or warm up doodles. Sorry for it being forever for some of you that have been waiting! I will be trying though.
» Comic - I have come up with a basic plot, it is still in the rough stages though. Once I have fully decided how I want this comic to go I will scan the pages and get to inking them. I most likely will be posting on here, Weasyl, and DeviantArt. Keep posted if you want, I will keep updating the status of it!
» Comissions - hourly and price list. What I mean buy this is;
Hourly: I will be taking a few slots of whatever type of art anyone wants, and draw whatever they ask (as long as they do not break my "will and will not draw" lists), for a simple flat rate. I was thinking of starting with $3 - $5 an hour. Sometimes I finish work quickly sometimes it takes a few hours, so the price overall will vary upon the type of drawing.
Price list: This will be up once I have enough examples and am fully ready for commissions. Keep posted, I will mention my price list, link it, and say I am ready for commissions at that time.
» Custom Cellphone Charms - Yes, I am making cute little chibi/pokemon looking charms for your cell phones! I have a few and they will be made with ceramic clay or paper inked and colored and then laminated, and adorable, colorful rope. I will be making examples and posting them shortly.
» Character designs; TBA I will be designing random characters and selling them, mostly for practice and a better understanding of consumer likes.
Adoptables; TBA I will also be making adoptables just because they are cute and give me another opportunity to design and understand.
» Animations - Once I get flash back I will be getting back into my animating, eventually I will offer short framed animations to my commissions list. TBA.
» Random Raffles & Free Art will always be something I do in free time, but right now that wont be happening until things are settled and my routines are more regular. Sorry guys. ^^
Well there you have it guys, an update. I am planning on trying to be more active but I doubt that will be able to happen easily. I appreciate your guys ongoing support and I will gladly talk to anyone who wants to talk! I just may not respond super quick, but if you take the time to note me, I will respond. Anyways guys it's time for me to go draw some, sorry for the long update!
